Our bodies were built to thrive on eating carbohydrates. Carbohydrates are one of three necessary nutrients that supply fuel to the body, along with proteins and fats. The earliest recorded sources of food are fruit and vegetables. They supply the energy the body needs for the brain, central nervous system and muscles. The truth about carbs is that the human brain depends solely on carbohydrates for its energy. Low-carb diets can appear to give you short-term weight loss, but can have some severe dangers when you are removing the main energy source for your brain.

All fruit and vegetables contain carbohydrates. There are different types that each do different things for our bodies. Simple carbohydrates (sugar, fruit), Complex carbohydrates (vegetables, starches), and Indigestible carbohydrates (fibre). The simple carbs break down quickly and give us quick energy from glucose. The complex carbs break down more slowly and enter the bloodstream gradually to provide energy longer. Fibre doesn’t break down, and stimulates the bodies waste removal functions.

Too many simple carbohydrates, eg. sugary sweet drinks, and you can cause blood sugar spikes that will trigger the release of excess insulin. This can increase your appetite and with that the risk of excess fat storage.

Complex carbohydrates take longer to break down and digest. They enter the blood stream gradually and trigger only a moderate rise in insulin levels. This allows the appetite to stabilize and results in fewer carbohydrates being stored as fat.

Indigestible carbohydrates are important to keep the body working well, moving the nutrients through and to eliminate the wastes and toxins.

When the intake of carbohydrates are severely restricted, the body cannot burn fat in the correct way, and begins to prepare the body for famine conditions. The carbs that normally combine with fat fragments to be used as energy aren’t available so protein is used instead. Protein should be being used to build new cells, tissues, enzymes, hormones, and antibodies and assist with the regulation of fluid balance.

People trying low-carb diets often report feelings of nausea, headaches, dizziness, fatigue, bad breath, and dehydration. These are caused by the lack of protein energy available and the accumulation of ketones, the bodies way of protecting you when you are starving.

Your carbohydrate supply from fruit and vegetables also supply your body with water. If you are not consuming them, then you can suffer from dehydration and with the lack of fiber, constipation can result.

Energy levels can drop so low that fitness and performance levels can suffer. It’s not surprising to find out that a normal workout routine is too hard and exercise of any sort exhausts you.

So what is the real Truth About Carbs? Why is there so much hype telling you that carbs are bad? It’s all to do with the type of food that you are eating. Processed carbohydrates have most of their food value stripped, together with their fibre content.

So it basically makes the processed foods ALL simple carbohydrates. As we eat the french fries, processed cereals, white bread, white sugar, fast foods, and packaged quick snacks we are letting a flood of carbohydrate calories hit our systems. Instead of the trickle we would get if we ate the original product that still contains the fibre, vitamins and minerals, the nutrients our bodies need from carbohydrates.

The answer is not to reduce your carb intake, it’s to change the types of carbs that you eat. Fill up your shopping trolley, and plate with fresh fruits and vegetables, whole dried legumes, whole grain cereals and natural wheat products.

Keep the processed foods to a minimum, the occasional burger while out won’t cause you to put on heaps of weight, but your body will love it when you understand the truth about carbs and stick to a healthy, long-term eating plan.

To make it easy to plan your shopping to include the foods that you need to feel great, full of energy and to lose fat and keep it off, click here to check out Strip that Fat Diet Generator. It’s the best thing I’ve found for helping me plan my eating with good carbs.

With our sedentary lifestyles increasing our obesity levels it’s becoming more urgent that we change our diet to lose belly fat. Health practitioners are sounding the alarm increasingly as more and more people are being diagnosed each day with high levels of cholesterol, diabetes, heart diseases, and so on – all of them linked to belly fat.

Belly fat is particularly dangerous since it collects around the organs in the abdomen. It is the kind of fat that is found deeper in the body compared to subcutaneous fat, which is located just under the skin.

It has been linked to: Heart attack. Breast cancer. High blood pressure. These are all good reasons to strip that fat from around your middle. Belly fat is worse for your health than fat in your butt or thighs.

Yes, belly fat tends to trigger your liver to release its stored fatty acids — raising your cholesterol levels. It also tends to alter levels of key hormones involved in appetite, fat storage, and heart disease. In fact, when you gain weight in your abdomen, and these hormones become altered, you tend to feel hungrier, you eat more, and your body tends to store more fat in your abdomen. It’s a vicious cycle — but you can break it!

As your belly grows larger, it crowds your internal organs, making them work harder, constantly under stress. Your body responds by raising the insulin levels, this in turn makes you feel hungry, eating more and increasing the cycle. The more belly fat you have the more cholesterol your body makes, putting extra stress on your heart and arteries.

Your lungs will be cramped for room, making it harder to breath, and because you aren’t getting enough oxygen circulating in your blood stream it will make you feel tired all the time.

The heavier you are the more likely you are to suffer from joint pain, including back pain, sciatica, and swollen joints. As your body slows down with the extra weight, you lose muscle tone. This means that your skeletal system doesn’t have the support to keep good posture with the additional belly weight pulling your spine forward.

In addition you put yourself at risk of arthritis, skin problems, poor sleep as your organs are pulled out of shape, making it uncomfortable to lay down even.

It’s time to break the cycle, and strip that fat from your belly. To do this safely, you need to have a proven program to follow, that has the support levels you need. You don’t need to spend a fortune on packaged food, or weekly payments. You need a single, up front payment, with a Diet Generator to help you plan your shopping around the food you like, so that your diet to lose belly fat will be a success. Then you can regain your health, fitness, muscle tone and energy to enjoy life.

Top 5 Reasons MOST Diets Don’t Make Sense

They Are:

(1) The grapefruit diet is OK if you want to drop weight for a week, but do you think that you could eat grapefruits for every meal for the rest of your life? It doesn’t make any sense for the long term at ALL! And is NOT logical for long term weight loss.

(2) Calorie counting, carb counting, fat counting, separating the types of fats. Some diets are so complex and hard to follow, it would take a rocket scientist to figure them out. How is anyone supposed to figure most of these diets out!

(3) Some diets practically require you to have your own chef, your own personal trainer, and your own planner on the side. Which is great if you are a superstar. They become a job in themselves to maintain. Does this make sense?

(4) Some diets charge out the nose for their food, their initial start-ups fees, their cost of equipment, and for ongoing support. A lot of these costs are just not realistic and do not make sense! A diet should not be so expensive it breaks the bank account! .

(5) Many diets simply instruct you to “take a pill and see what happens”. They lack goal setting. You are going to get nowhere unless you have a written plan of your goals, some goal setting strategies, and know the steps you need to take in order to achieve those goals. It does not make sense to start a diet that does not stress these points!

So these are the top 5 reasons MOST diets don’t make sense. Occasionally you will find a diet that doesn’t fall into all of these categories, but most diets fall into one or two of them…except for ONE!

Strip That Fat!!!!

You will not only lose weight on this diet, you will feel better about yourself and will be much healthier.

Strip That Fat caters to long term weight loss, IT IS easy to follow, IT IS easy to maintain, IT IS inexpensive, and IT HELPS you set goals. It goes against all the listed items above that do not make sense, thus making it the perfect diet for you.

There is a once off joining fee, and the Diet Generator alone is worth the cost of that in saved time and saved grocery bills.

Losing weight with Strip that Fat is working well. Not the straight line that the averages tell you about, but we are pretty happy with the progress.

Why is it you see all these great promises, 1lb a week, 1lb a day. It just doesn’t work like that. You might lose 2lbs today, then go 3 days without losing anything.

But if find a good program and you stick it, then you will see progress on a regular basis. And when it gets to 10lbs, and someone says “how did you do it?” then you’ll say to them, “it took 5 weeks, and I lost around 2lbs a week”, and it’ll seem easy.

That’s what is happening with the program we are following at the moment. Strip that Fat has some really great features, makes shopping so easy, and I know that what’s in the fridge is plenty and is the right foods to keep our bodies fit and healthy.

Being a busy mum and working for myself, my spare time is fairly limited and by the end of the day, I’m feeling like just relaxing and not having to think too much.

My seeming eternal battle with my weight then seems to catch up with me as I look what’s in the fridge for dinner, and wonder why I haven’t planned better so I have the things I need to stick with my fat loss program.

As I struggle with the feeling of depression at my failure again, it’s tempting to try one of the fad diets that give me a quick way to drop a couple of pounds on the scales. But I know that’s not the way to go, it has never worked out well in the past, and I only ended up with even more weight.

Still looking for the best rapid safe fat loss that I can find that does the most groundwork for me, I go searching again on the internet to see what is available.

This line caught my eye at the Strip That Fat

“Weight BE Gone 60-Day, No Questions Asked, Money Back GUARANTEE!

Today is the day you stop lying to your body and giving it a false sense of hope with your fad diets. It is time to use a diet that actually works and treat your body the way it has always wanted to be treated.”

Ok, they are talking to me. What else do they have to say, and how can they help me get the rapid safe fat loss I’m wanting?

First up, they have a similar approach to Burn the Fat. “If you eat smaller meals more often and eat the right foods, you can actually eat more and lose more weight!”

But they have something different that sounds like a great help to me, it’s a Diet Generator.

You choose the foods that you want to eat, plug it into the system and your diet will be created for you. This tool includes both a printable shopping list (fantastic) and a printable diet outline. You can create as many “completely unique” diets as you want with this amazing software!

This creates diets on the fly and allows over 40,000 different diet combinations that you can choose from. You only have to eat the foods you like and you are not restricted as to how much you eat (like most diets).

And with the Diet Generator it is possible to lose up to 2lbs of fat every week. We’re not talking about only 2 pounds when you step on the scale, we’re talking about 100% FAT LOSS, and 2 pounds of it! That’s rapid safe fat loss.

And when I go to sign up I’m told “please note that this is only a ONE TIME CHARGE. This is the ONLY payment you will ever have to make for the Strip That Fat program (that is a good thing, more money in your wallet)!”

This really sounds like what I’ve been looking for.

So we are a week into the program and that Diet Generator is great. No more having to figure out what I need in the shopping for the next week, all the family preferences can be entered so we shop for all. We are eating better and starting to see the results already.

Click here to try Strip That Fat for yourself, including the Diet Generator, to get the Rapid Safe Fat Loss that you deserve.
